Zachary is an associate in the Los Angeles office of SKIERMONT DERBY LLP.  Zachary assists clients in complex business disputes and administrative matters before state agencies. Since his admission to the California State Bar in 2019, Zachary has successfully litigated claims on behalf of his clients involving breach of contract, fraud, tortious interference with contract, and public nuisance.  Zachary has represented clients in a wide range of industries including food and beverage, sports, blockchain, and importing.  Zachary also has experience defending and prosecuting claims against state agencies, including constitutional claims involving the First Amendment, Fourth Amendment, and Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.

Zachary earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he received top honors and was named Order of the Coif. During law school, Zachary was an integral member of Loyola’s Moot Court team and a member of the Loyola Law Review.  Zachary also received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, with an emphasis on American Politics.
