Mane Sardaryan is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Skiermont Derby LLP, where she represents clients in a wide range of business and employment matters.  Since her admission to the California State Bar in 2012, Ms. Sardaryan has served as trial counsel in a six-week employment jury trial, second-chaired multiple trials in Los Angeles Superior Court—including a one-week employment bench trial and an eight-day business jury trial—and second-chaired an arbitration before ADR Services.

Her litigation experience includes obtaining a summary adjudication order in a contract dispute exceeding $1 million, and contributing significant research and drafting to an appellate brief that resulted in a 3-0 decision in favor of the client before the California Court of Appeal in a case involving post-judgment alter ego claims.  Ms. Sardaryan also played a central role in drafting motions that led to a favorable settlement in a high-profile matter concerning the auction of Kobe Bryant memorabilia.

Ms. Sardaryan’s practice covers all aspects of litigation—from discovery and depositions to mediation, motion practice, trial preparation, and in-court advocacy.  She has delivered an opening statement and conducted examinations at trial.  Her legal acumen has earned her repeated recognition as a California Super Lawyers Rising Star every year since 2014.  In 2019, she was profiled in Southern California Rising Stars Magazine in the feature, “A Figure of Speech.”

Ms. Sardaryan earned her J.D. from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Barristers.  While in law school, she served on the Dispute Resolution Law Journal, the Moot Court Board, and the Trial Advocacy Team.  Her trial team achievements include Regional Champion, AAJ National Trial Competition (Spring 2011), National Champion, National Civil Trial Competition (Fall 2011), and Finalist, National Trial Competition (Spring 2012).  During law school, she also served as Executive Board Clerk for Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and externed for the Honorable Kathleen Thompson (Ret.) of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.

Ms. Sardaryan holds a B.A. in Philosophy, with an emphasis in Ethics and Law, and a minor in Russian Area Studies, from the University of Southern California.
