Carolyn Bridwell brings extensive experience in litigation support, assisting attorneys through every phase of discovery, trial, and appeal.
Carolyn began her paralegal career at an AmLaw 10 firm working on high-stakes patent litigation matters in federal court and Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission. She later expanded her expertise by assisting patent attorneys with the prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications.
At Skiermont Derby, Carolyn focuses on supporting attorneys in patent litigation, including inter partesreview proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. She earned an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Dallas College and holds an Advanced Certified Paralegal designation from the National Association of Legal Assistants.
Carolyn has a deep appreciation of the visual and performing arts. Outside of her professional life, her travels are often inspired by the pursuit of experiencing art, music, and 19th- and 20th-century architecture.
