Also referred to as the “Silicon Prairie,” Dallas is one of the nation’s leaders in technological industries, with a focus on financial services, telecommunications, defense, and information technology. However, the city strikes a fine balance between industry and culture. Dallas is home to one of the largest urban arts districts in the U.S., as well as the Trinity River Project, which is focused on building parks, community centers, and walking trails in the heart of the city. It is that mixing of technology and community that attracted us to work in Dallas.
The Dallas office of Skiermont-Derby LLP is largely centered around intellectual property disputes, patent litigation, and inter parties review. We also handle intellectual property advising, whether it be copyright disputes or infringement, trademark issues, or trade secret litigations.

The city has been home to an office of Skiermont Derby LLP since 2015. Our L.A. team handles both complex commercial and intellectual property litigation for clients throughout the country and abroad. The office is located in the U.S. Bank Building, the third tallest building west of the Mississippi River, and on Bunker Hill, the business center of downtown Los Angeles.
